Update

The block of rooms reserved for the conference at the conference hotel has been released, but you might still be able to get the $199 group rate on a space-available basis. Please contact directly the hotel's Group Reservation Coordinator, Lizette Vargas, to inquire. Note that the hotel is fully booked on January 24, so any available rooms would be from January 25th on.

There are many other hotels in Isla Verde within walking distance of the InterContinental San Juan which may also have rooms available.

Conference Hotel

The conference will take place at the InterContinental San Juan resort in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. We have negotiated the following special rates with the conference hotel which are guaranteed through the early registration deadline (December 12, 2014). All rates are in US dollars, per night for single or double-occupancy rooms. The discount rate is available for any nights from 3 days before to 3 days after the conference. Taxes and fees are subject to change:

A $1/night housekeeping gratuity is also required, as is a one-time $4.50 porterage fee per person. Extra beds for a third guest are available for an additional $40/night. Children under 16 may stay for free.

The special $199 conference rate is run-of-house and should remain available even if all Laguna View rooms have been booked (as long as there are still rooms in our group block); the actual category will be determined by what is available at the time of check-in. The other rates are to guarantee a particular room category.
